Half Acre Beer Co (Chicago, IL) Shallow Back is a mixed Culture Berliner Weisse. It was fermented in neutral oak with the house ale yeast and lactobacillus plantarum.
Light in color with lemon zest and sage building up to ripe stone fruit, water cracker and white pepper.
